Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
If a cancellation is made 7 to 13 days before check-in, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.
No refunds will be granted for early departures or unused nights after check-in, regardless of reason (including weather or discomfort with jungle conditions).
As we are located in a rainforest jungle, weather conditions can be unpredictable. We do not offer refunds due to rain, insects, or natural sounds typical of the environment.
In rare cases such as natural disasters or emergency situations, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the host.
If you’re unable to travel but notify us at least 7 days before check-in, we may offer a one-time date change (subject to availability) instead of cancellation.
